Influence of Warm Mix Asphalt Additives on the Physical Characteristics of Crumb Rubber Asphalt Binders

This investigation is centered around the application of warm mix asphalt (WMA) technologies to address workability concerns linked rubberized binders. The primary aim incorporating crumb rubber (CR) and WMA additives establish a robust paving method that fosters energy conservation, efficient waste management, noise reduction, improved overall performance. current study aims comprehensively characterize differentiate physical attributes binders by employing three distinct additives: Sasobit, Cecabase RT Rediset WMX. These are introduced into eight unique Laboratory assessments carried out evaluate properties these evaluation encompasses penetration, softening point, penetration index, viscosity number, storage stability, ductility, viscosity, stiffness modulus analyses. findings indicate binder enhanced with Sasobit demonstrates highest levels both hardness point in comparison supplemented alternative additives. stability underscores satisfactory across all modified Both unmodified meet requirements stipulated ductility test; falls short. displays most notable enhancement workability. Furthermore, blend reveals values under conditions intermediate high temperatures 1.88 0.46 MPa, respectively. In summation, showcases superior improvements compared counterparts
